Cross Sector Tours promotes Community Based Tourism and offers you unique Cultural Tours to various destinations in Uganda and are equipped to offer the world-class amenities. Most of the communities in the rural areas in Uganda are surrounded by poverty and we are well aware that no single sector responses to the existing community challenges can solve the increasingly emerging complex and inter-related situations and therefore CST as multi stakeholder tour agency it is dedicated to promoting cross sector activities that can generate employment or bring in revenue is important regardless of the quantity of the contribution. We believe that communities can be creative entrepreneurs, when provided with training to allow them to use their innate entrepreneurial abilities they will be able to pull themselves out of poverty. CST has provided basic trainings and supporting the production of organic food crops that are consumed by the tourists themselves and the surplus is exported back to their countries, engaging the youth and women to fully participate in tourism activities.

Airport Pick-ups
Experience the quality and comfort of an Airport Taxi for your return ride home from the airport. Provide us with your flight details, and we shall be on hand to receive you. We will be holding a placard with your name at the arrivals, then the driver will pick up your luggage, walk you to the taxi parking lot and smoothly drive you to your destination hotel or home.
Site Visit Transportation

Outdoor Camping
At Cross Sector Tours, we organize outdoor activities involving overnight stays away from home in a shelter, such as a tent or a recreational vehicle. Camping is a recreational activity at publicly owned natural resources such as national and state parks, wilderness areas, and commercial campgrounds. We also provide premium outdoor gears at affordable rates with delivery anywhere in Uganda. Community Support
At CST we are community conscious and therefore visits to schools, orphanages or slums, giving money or food to begging children, are not allowed for these are all behaviors which keep children in poverty or even in abusive situations. Much as the tourists may be touched by the difficult living conditions of children from the local communities and desire to want to help, their good intentions or behavior can often have a negative impact upon those children’s lives. We therefore advise our guests to support vulnerable children and their families through community projects – construction of schools, water sources, vocational training centers, fruit trees nurseries, and other related community based-income generating initiatives where the income goes to the family and to provision of social support rather than visiting a school or an orphanage directly.
