4 DAYS UGANDA GORILLA TREKKING SAFARI

Day 1: Kampala to Bwindi impenetrable National park. Stop over Igongo Cultural Museum Mbarara. Spend a night in Bwindi.

Day 2: Trek Gorillas in Bwindi: Register for gorilla trekking and briefing; Trek through thick creepers and undergrowth with guides to find the Gorillas which can take you a half an hour to three quarters of the day and you’ll be allowed to spend one hour with the Gorillas before trekking back to the Headquarters of the park and spend a night in Bwindi.

Day 3: Travel from Bwindi impenetrable National park back to lake Bunyonyi.

Day 4: Travel from Bunyonyi to Kampala.

3 DAYS SAFARI TO QUEEN ELIZABETH PARK

Queen Elizabeth National Park lies on the floor of Africa’s Western Rift Valley, which runs from northern Uganda to Malawi. The following are the animals found in the Park – Elephants, Buffalo, Hyenas, Crocodiles in Kazinga channel, Bush buck, Hippos, Lions and several Bird species.

Day 1: Departure from Kampala at 7:00am. Stopover at the Equator for photography and Igongo Cultural Museum in Mbarara town, drive to the main Destination and spend a night at Irungu Forest Lodge.

Day 2: Wake up for an early Breakfast at 6:00am. Morning Game Drive and Boat Cruise at 2:00pm at Kazinga channel. Night in Mweya.

Day 3: Wake up at Leisure and drive back to Kampala.

11-DAY SAFARI TO RWENZORI MOUNTAIN

Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe Airport. You’ll be picked by our own staff, driven to the hotel where you’ll be briefed about the Trip

Day 2: Drive from Kampala via Mubende, arrive in Fort portal for lunch, then relax in the afternoon and spend a night in Fort portal at a hotel.

Day 3: Early Morning after Breakfast we shall transfer to the base of the Mountain Nyakalengijo Base point, check out with RMS and get ready for the Trek. It’s about three hours’ Drive from Fort portal and then starts the Trek at around 12:00pm with your packed Lunch, then Trek for About 4 – 5 hours heading to the first Camp where you will spend a night at Nabitaba Huts which stands at the altitude of about 2665m.

Day 4: You will wake up for the sunrise and look out for the nice view of the portal peak, then have your break fast as you get ready for a long trek, this will take you through a Tropical rain forest, Grass land as you head to the second Camp 3056m high, it is a 7-8 hours trek, then spend a night at John Matty.

Day 5: Early Morning wake up for views of Margarita glacier, breakfast, start the trek and this will need you to wear your rubber boots. You will go through lower big Bogo. Here you will see the beauty of Lobelia and everlasting flowers, then spend a night at Bujuuko hut 3669 m high.

Day 6: Wake up at leisure as you climatize with the environment, you can take a short stretch on Lake Busuku, views of the Irene Lake, return for breakfast then get ready for 4-5 hours trek to Alena hut. This is the last hut where you prepare yourself and discuss with the guide the program for the next day and check of the climbing gears. Spend a night at Alena hut.

Day 7: Early morning at around 3-4 am depending on the agreed time with the guides you will start the trek looking for Margherita peak which is 5,109 m high, this can take you about 4-5 hours to the peak, then return to Alena hut for lunch, continue to Kitamolara hut, and here you will arrive late night.

Day 8: Wake up at your leisure, breakfast, sunrise and a short walk on Kitandara hut (4023m`). This is on the boarder of Uganda and Congo. Start your trek through the fresh field. This is the last steep part and then get ready for to descend through Mukuku valley. Then spend a night at Guyoman.

Day 9: This is a long descending that takes you through Baboon forest, cross about three rivers later and get back to Nyabitaba hut. This is the meeting for the groups going up and getting down. Here you can interact with your guides and getting ready for the last day.

Day 10: At your leisure, breakfast and then trek 3-4 hours then descend back to the base point. You will have Lunch and your Driver will pick you up heading to Fort portal. Here you will spend your night in Ndaali Lodge, have Dinner and spend a night.

Day 11: Wake up for leisure, have breakfast, and then you will explore the crater lakes and nature walks before we embark on our scenic drive back to Kampala.

3-DAY SAFARI TO MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK

Day 1: Departure from Kampala and track White Rhinos at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. This sanctuary was established to breed and restore Rhino populations in Uganda’s protected areas in a later stage. Proceed to Murchison Falls National Park and overnight in either Paraa Safari Lodge or Red Chilli Rest Camp.

Day 2: Enjoy the game drive for cats, giraffes, herds of elephants, buffaloes and more. We will drive back to the lodge for lunch before taking an afternoon boat cruise to the foot of Murchison Falls. This boat trip along the Nile is often cited as being the highlight of a trip to Murchison since it allows you to get up-close and personal with the animals. Along this stretch of the river, there are reported to be around 4,000 hippos in addition to some enormous Nile crocodiles. The bird life is stunning with brightly colored kingfishers and bee-eaters darting along the riverbanks. If lucky, you may see the rare and prehistoric looking shoe-bill, which is a cross between the dodo and a dinosaur. The boat takes you to the base of the falls which only adds to their impressiveness.

Hike to the top of the Falls and return to the lodge for the night.

Day 3: Forest Walk in Budongo Forest and a village walk en route to Kampala.
